How We Started
Bimaks International School, Ijagbo (BIS), a beacon of educational excellence, traces its roots back to the dawn of the new millennium. Established in September 2000, it embarked on its transformative journey, blossoming into a nurturing hub of learning and growth. However, it was not until the 4th of October 2001 that BIS commenced its full operational voyage, sanctioned by the esteemed Kwara State government.
The auspicious inauguration ceremony, graced by the presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Rebecca Sayomi, the esteemed wife of the then Deputy Governor of Kwara State, marked a significant milestone in BIS’s illustrious history. With her blessing, BIS embarked on its mission to sculpt young minds and shape future leaders within the tranquil embrace of Ijagbo, Kwara State.
